Closings take place through a local title company and can occur in as quickly as five days. Typically, closings occuring in 2-3 weeks. Longer closing timeframes can be accommodated as well depending on your specific needs. In short, we're flexible!

Keys to Your New Home
Absolutley! Nicole is a licensed real estate agent who formally lists the completed homes in the SCK Multi-List System, so viewing and offering on properties is simple and easy.
Craig and Nicole work together to develop an intiial plan, which may include opening closed spaces or relocating fuctional spaces to a different areas of the home to fit a modern lifestyle. Nicole primarily selects color palettes and finishes, then stages and lists the homes for sale upon completion. Craig schedules the sub-contractors to keep the projects moving forward smoothly.
Front Door Properties contracts with licensed and local professionals in specialty fields. All of the sub-contractors who conduct repairs or improvements to the homes such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc. are local licensed professionals.
While the primary goal of Front Door is to deliver purchase-ready homes to the market, we do offer home remodeling services within other platforms that may be a better fit for your needs. We provide free consultations for home-remodeling services.
